"Friends and Foes" - Food Micro 2002, Microbial Adaptation to Changing Environments,
Lillehammer, Norway, 18-23 August 2002.
The symposium will focus on several aspects regarding food microbiology, but with an emphasis on stress responses and adaptation of prokaryotic micro-organisms in a food context.
